The toddler has discovered she loves mayonnaise. Couldn't bring myself to let her eat gallons of conventional mayonnaise full of canola oil and preservatives. By the way… Have I mentioned that I strongly dislike mayonnaise and that the smell makes me nauseous? 🤣 But whatever she wants, we will make healthier and better!

It was a bone broth making day. Mine is always ful

It was a bone broth making day. Mine is always full of bones with meat, plenty of veggies, onions, garlic and various herbs. As it is already 97F outside, I utilize the Instant Pot and put it outside on the deck to cook and release pressure. I can’t stand the thought of a hot stockpot full of boiling broth inside the house when we are desperately trying to stay cool already.

We are obsessed with her as she is absolutely perfect (maybe biased). Thank you to everyone that has reached out and sent well wishes.
